La branche étudiante IEEE Leeemon organise une conférence le Lundi 26 Juin 2017 à 11h dans les salles XR201-202 à XLIM (campus FST-La Borie Limoges). La conférence, qui s'intitule "Hybrid beamforming for mobile mm-wave communications", sera donnée par Guillaume Ferré, actuellement Maître de Conférences au laboratoire IMS de Bordeaux. 

Biographie de l'orateur : Guillaume Ferré graduated in electronic and telecommunication engineering (ENSIL) at the University of Limoges (France) in 2003 and received the Ph.D. degree in 2006 from the Limoges University of Technology. From 2006 to 2008 he worked as senior researcher at Xlim and IMS Laboratories. He is currently associate professor at the ENSEIRB-MATMECA engineer school of Bordeaux (France). His main research interests are in wireless communication theory, it includes: Signal processing and digital communications for 5G, Dirty-RF for wideband power amplifiers and time interleaved analog to digital converters.
