Recruitment

The young scientists that are recruited to write a thesis within the Xlim institute come from 2nd year Research Masters ‘Circuits, systems, micro and nanotechnologies for high frequency and optic communications” and from “Cryptis” (Mathematics, cryptography, coding, calculations) of the University of Limoges, as well as Master Degrees from other French universities and from equivalent training courses abroad (Lebanon, Algeria, The Ivory Coast,Maroc…).

For the Cryptis Masters Degree:

Each student writing a thesis is financed with a minimal amount of about 1000€ net which assures him with material autonomy for the duration of his thesis. It is either provided by the Ministry of Education and Research (Research Allocation), from the Limousin region (grant), fund that comes straight from the research team, or even from contracts with enterprises (CIFRE).
