Frédérique Simbélie, PhD student in the RF Systems axis, won the best paper award (2nd place) of the SBCCI 2016 (Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems Design (SBCCI) for her paper "Characterization and Nonlinear Modeling of MASMOS® Transistor in Order to Design Power Amplifiers for LTE Applications" for her work realized within the framework of the FELIN project.
